Winterlude - Bal de Neige 1999

Winterlude, the largest winter festival in North America is held on three consecutive weekends in February in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. These are pictures from February 1999.

Activities include ice and snow sculpture competitions, bed race, sleigh and cutter rides, sliding, dancing, games, and skating on the canal.
